This class is a combination of cardio and muscle conditioning. We learn fun, low impact aerobic moves for the first half and the second half of the class we do some weight work for strengthening and toning, as well as abdominal work strengthening our core muscles. Wear comfortable clothes, aerobics shoes and bring something to lie on and your water bottle. If you have time, join us for a cup of coffee afterwards.
Creche may be available, however bookings are required.
