When called upon to speak in front of a group do you feel uncomfortable and stressed? Are you interested in learning about yourself in a fun atmosphere? The way you communicate and how to overcome nervousness, how to increase your confidence and self esteem? If so join us in this very friendly and supportive group as we explore the many skills of better communication. The group meets on the 3rd Monday of the month.
